Pregnancy and exercise. It seems like such an oxymoron. Isn’t pregnancy a good enough excuse to have a 9 month pass on any kind of movement except padding around your home in your slippers? Okay! I know you’re not sick with a debilitating illness, you just have a baby growing inside you…so, what kind of exercise should you adopt as part of your prenatal routine?
